Extract dropdown click fix + missing translations

This update fixes the "Extract" button dropdown that would not open on click, and fills in the missing translations for it.

Extract button dropdown

• The dropdown now opens on click instead of only on hover, so it works on touch devices too.

Missing translations

• The Extract button, its empty-state tooltip, the dropdown title and the "open full workspace" link now follow the active language instead of falling back to Chinese.
